The square bag is surrounded by four independent side pieces, so after the bag itself is filled with materials, the original shape of the bag can be well maintained. Some bags will also have a partition added to the bag body, the addition of a partition can keep the bag upright, thus reducing the space taken up by the bag when it is filled with goods.
The cylindrical bag is surrounded by a complete tube cloth, formed in one body, which is the type of bag used by most container bags, and is very suitable for holding powdery materials. And the bag made of tube cloth may be round or square when it is filled with material, which is mainly determined by the shape of the bottom.
The main body of the U-shaped bag is composed of a huge U-shaped piece and two side pieces, the size design will be more flexible, you can design a very large two bags are U-shaped bags, but the size difference is very large, the first bag size is more conventional, is 1.1*1.1*1.2 (m), the second bag size is 2.44*1.27*0.76 (m). The covered bag is a cover on the basis of the open pocket. One side of the cover is sewn on the bag, and there is a tie on the side. The cover can reduce the influence of rain on the material when filling the material. It is also usually a disposable bag, discharging in the same way as an open pocket.
Ordinary feed port is divided into feed port and discharge port. The size of the feed port is the same as the size of the packing machine or slightly larger, and the feed port is just wrapped around the packing port when in use, which can greatly reduce the waste of goods. The size of the discharge port can be customized according to the needs. Most of the size of the discharge port is the same as the size of the feed port. When discharging, the tie of the discharge port can be loosened.

The process of cross-angle sling can be subdivided into flipped and non-flipped cross-angle sling; Bottom straps can be subdivided into tic-tac-toe straps and cross straps. Cross-angle slings are usually paired with barrel cloth, and the bottom of the slings is sewn in the double zone, so that the strength is enhanced. Some four-sided bags will also use the design of cross-angle straps. There are two kinds of process of cross-angle sling, flipping and not flipping, whether flipping mainly depends on the lifting method. If it is directly hung on the forklift, it is best to flip the sling, so that the bag can better secure the bag and reduce the shaking of the bag when lifting.
The edge sling is close to the four corners of the bag, and the bottom of the sling is generally long and short, which can be used with four-sided bags and U-shaped bags. The shape is shown below.
The shape of the bottom sling makes it the most load-bearing sling of the sling, there are two styles, tic-tac-toe sling and cross sling.
The tic-tac-toe straps cross the bottom of the bag to form a similar shape to tic-tac-toe, and the top of the bag adopts a cross-angle pattern. The tic-tac-toe sling fully wraps the bag and uses a complete strap without break in the middle during sewing, which can greatly improve the load bearing and safety factor of the bag.
The cross sling is crossed at the bottom, and the top can be a cross Angle or a welt, consisting of two or four complete straps, the number of straps depends on whether the bottom of the bag has a feed port, and the bottom of the bag sling with a feed port will be connected with a rope to ensure that the load bearing of the bag, but also to ensure that the feed port is fully expanded, and will not cause any impact on the material leakage.
At present, there are two mainstream sling materials on the market: PP and PE. PP sling is also called soft silk sling or ordinary sling, the main material is polypropylene, this sling toughness, in line with most of the load-bearing needs of the sling strength.
PE sling is also known as rigid wire sling or Japanese sling, the main material is polyethylene, the strength of this sling is very large, suitable for high load and high safety factor of the bag use.
